4 cups ziti pasta or penne pasta, uncooked
2 cups pasta sauce
1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 brick Philadelphia Cream Cheese, cubed
1 1/2 cup mozzarella shredded cheese

Cook pasta in a saucepan, according to the package, omitting salt.  Remove from pan and drain.
Meanwhile, add pasta sauce, diced tomatoes and cream cheese to same pan, and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes or until cream cheese is melted, and mixture is well blended, stir frequently.  Return pasta back to the pan; mix well.

Layer half of the pasta mixture in a 13x9 baking dish; cover with layers of 3/4 mozzarella cheese and remaining pasta mixture.   Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
