This makes a great meal for brunch.
8 oz tube refrigerated crescent rolls
5 eggs
2 1/2 tbsp milk
1/8 tsp pepper
2 cups finely chopped fully cooked ham
1 1/2 cup frozen shredded hash browns
1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Preheat 375 Around 30 minutes prep time.
Unroll crescent roll dough and place on an 13x9 pan. Press onto bottom and 1/4" up sides, sealing seams and perforations. Bake for 5 minutes.
In a bowl, beat eggs, milk and pepper. Sprinkle hash browns, ham and cheddar cheese over crust. Carefully, pour egg mixture over cheese. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
Bake 25-28 minutes or until eggs are completely set.
